Dr Holger Rosencrantz (Stockholm) has several years of experience from the transportation and IT sectors, where he has worked with sales, operations and analysis for commercial organisations, governmental agencies and academic institutions in areas ranging from transport safety and security to supply chain technologies and logistics. He has degrees in Economics, Chinese, Industrial Engineering and Philosophy from Lund University, as well as a Ph.D. from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, and speaks Swedish, English, German, Spanish, French, Mandarin and Russian.

Holger Rosencrantz is the manager of Rosencrantz & Co AB, the Swedish subsidiary of Rosencrantz & Co Ltd, and based in Rosencrantz & Co's Stockholm office.

Holger Rosencrantz has worked on reports on the development effects of investments through private equity funds for CDC and Swedfund, the UK and Swedish development finance institutions. He has worked on studies on innovative finance for SIDA, the Swedish bilateral aid agency, and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, as well as on fund evaluation for CDC. Holger Rosencrantz has also worked on projects on ESG management systems for the Swiss investment fund for emerging markets (Sifem), for the Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries (BIO) and for major private equity companies.
